Four Seasons at Saint Margarets

We are a community of active adults located just off U.S. Routes 50/301 at Cape St. Claire Drive (exit 29), just three miles west of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge in Annapolis, MD.  Four Seasons at Saint Margarets consists of  a clubhouse and 15 elevator condominium buildings, most of which contain 10 apartments on three floors (with single-car garages) and some contain 14 apartments on four levels (without garages).  All homes have nine-foot ceilings with either two or three bedrooms; the top floor apartments also have a loft. Every home is an end unit, and ranges in size from 1,129 to1,847 square feet.

The focal point of community activity is the clubhouse which houses a card room, a billiard room, a fitness room with a fine array of exercise equipment, an outdoor swimming pool, dressing rooms, a gorgeous balcony overlooking the pool, a small kitchenette, a television lounge area, and a large informal gathering room.

There is much social interaction among the active adults at Four Seasons at Saint Margaret’s, including: regular card groups, swimming, billiards, physical workouts, book clubs. mah-jong, and other activities. For many the highlight of the week is the Friday evening community gathering.

While many of the residents are retirees, many others are still actively working every day.  Various fields of endeavor are represented in the community, including many commercial, educational, military, governmental, and other professional areas. Not surprisingly, clubhouse conversations often represent a broad range of interests, experiences, and viewpoints.

Historic downtown Annapolis with its famous waterfront and The United States Naval Academy, The Maryland Statehouse, and many museums and restaurants is a short distance away. There is ample opportunity for shoppers both here and in the Baltimore and Washington areas, both of which are slightly more than a half hour away. Broadneck Park is just two blocks away,  and the Anne Arundel Public Library has a branch within a fifteen-minute walk. Sandy Point State Park is just three minutes away by car.
